In 2009 the Women's and Men's sides will both participate in the TOLA Championship Series which is a Region Champion (covering Texas-Oklahoma-Lousiana-Arkansas). In addition to competing in the series HARC is a founding member and the Jaime Varano Memorial Tournament is a qualifying tournament.

In years past HARC has fielded West contending teams and more recently had several players make the national 7s tournament with the Texas Elite (Pierce Reed, Oli Laseinde, Carl Newman, Paul Passino and Dax Routh).

Throughout the summer Co-ed all age Touch will be held at HARCs home pitch (the Westland YMCA) on Thursday nights. All ruggers in the Houston area are welcome and encouraged to join us whether for fun, fitness or competition. This is a great opportunity to make good friends with a variety of folks from the touch end of the spectrum thru colligiate rugby and seeing folk on the pitch.
